Gold at the Dubai Olive Oil Competition
At the prestigious international Dubai Olive Oil Competition – Early Harvest Edition 2026, OPG Bijelić Nikolina from Valtursko Polje near Pula won the Gold Award for its organic extra virgin olive oil Kavadah.
A distinctive taste and quality
Kavadah oil stands out with a clean, well-structured taste, pronounced freshness, mild herbal notes and a controlled bitterness that develops into a long, elegant finish. This profile was also recognised by international experts, resulting in the gold award in Dubai.

Gold at the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards
Our organic extra virgin olive oil Kavadah continues its string of international successes. After the gold medal won in Dubai, a new major recognition arrived from Germany, where Kavadah was awarded a Gold Medal at the prestigious Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2026 (Berlin GOOA), in the "Sensory Quality – Organic" category.

This new international award confirms that dedication to quality and sustainable production is increasingly being recognised beyond Croatia's borders, with Kavadah olive oil continuing to successfully represent Croatian olive growing on the world stage.
