Sales Terms

These sales terms apply to the purchase of products and services via the OPG Bijelić Nikolina application. By using the app and making a purchase, the user is considered informed of these terms and agrees to them in full.

1. Payment Method

Payment through the OPG Bijelić Nikolina app is made exclusively online via Stripe, a secure global system for electronic payments. Stripe enables payments with credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.).

All transactions are conducted via a secure SSL protocol, ensuring the protection of users’ personal and financial data. OPG Bijelić Nikolina does not store user card data.

2. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The service provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices valid at the time of order confirmation are considered final.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment via the Stripe system, the digital product, service, or access to specific content will be automatically enabled through the user account on the OPG Bijelić Nikolina app.

In case of technical difficulties or delivery delays, the user can contact support at the email address nikolina@opgbijelic.hr.

4. Refunds and Complaints

As these are digital products and services delivered immediately after payment, refunds are not possible except in exceptional cases (e.g., double charge or technical error).

5. Data Security

OPG Bijelić Nikolina uses advanced security measures to protect users’ data. All payment information is processed exclusively via Stripe and is not accessible to third parties.

The user is responsible for protecting their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

OPG Bijelić Nikolina reserves the right to modify these sales terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.
